Mark Squires is the TOP PRODUCER for Advantage Systems. During the past 15 years, Mark has completed the program over 150 times and has generated more than $94,000,000 for both Radio and Cable TV broadcast companies around the United States and Canada! 
Mark is a native Philadelphian, who currently resides in Rochester, NY. He received a degree in Communications from Temple University and has spent 30+ years in the radio business. He has worked in every aspect of the business, working his way up from on-air personality and sales to sales management and station ownership.
Mark is a graduate of the NAB Executive Management course at Georgetown. In addition, he has participated in dozens of radio and sales training courses throughout his career. Mark started at WKSZ in Philadelphia, where he was a top biller during the 1980's and was soon promoted to Sales Manager.  He then moved to Rochester, NY in 1991 as a Partner and Sales Manager at WNVE. Mark later managed both WNVE and WCMF during the sale of the stations. Mark remained on board at WCMF and became the General Sales Manager for American Radio Systems. While employed at ARS, he became a member of the All-American Team. Just prior to joining Advantage Systems, Mark was the Director of Sales for Entercom's 4-station cluster in Rochester. By bringing the Advantage Systems program to his radio stations in Rochester, Mark was able to see the results first-hand. He then decided to join Advantage Systems and help stations across the country generate NEW REVENUE!
